NCLEX does not give you a percentage or percentile score. You are rather given a pass/fail grade. It doesn’t matter how much higher above the passing threshold you score: any score above the passing threshold is considered a pass. If you do not pass an attempt, the board will send you a candidate performance report apprising you of the areas of preparation you need to focus on. If the board you have applied for is a part of Quick Results Service, you can receive an “Unofficial score report” by paying US$7.95 on Pearson vue NCLEX candidate website. The board will mail the official results to you in approximately 1 month after the exam.
